These tie down points utilize the same factory holes on the side of the tractor frame as your factory brush guard. The tie down points will install sandwiched in between your tractor brush guard and the tractor frame. Stronger, longer replacement bolts ARE INCLUDED. If you do not have a factory brush guard then the tie downs will mount directly to the frame.
Note: These will NOT work if you have a mid mount mower or front mounted snowblower.
